Initial Assessment

Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand your health history, current concerns and overall body function.

This session includes a detailed conversation followed by a full-body osteopathic evaluation and hands-on treatment. Care is tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on identifying underlying patterns contributing to pain, tension or dysfunction.

If you are new to osteopathic care, it is often recommended to book 1-2 follow-up treatments within the first few weeks to help establish momentum and support lasting change.

Follow-Up Treatment

Follow-up treatments are designed to build on your initial assessment and continue supporting your body’s progress.

These sessions focus on reassessing changes, addressing ongoing concerns and refining treatment based on how your body has responded. Osteopathic care is dynamic, and each visit is adapted to meet you where you are at that time,

Regular treatments can help improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term function and resilience.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach to health care that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to adapt, recover and function well. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, osteopathic care considers how the body’s structure and health systems work together to influence overall health.

Through careful assessment and precise manual techniques, practitioners work to improve mobility within tissues and joints, support circulation, and restore balance within the body.

Osteopathic care is individualized and aims to address the underlying contributors to discomfort or restriction while supporting long-term health and resilience.
